In February 2022, as the network implemented its nationwide expansion, it announced a new leadership structure: Ray Shealy as Chief Executive Officer, Cathy Kuhn elevated to President and Chief Pharmacy Officer, and co-founder Brian Slusser moving to Executive Chairman.

An experienced health technology executive. Joined Health In Motion Network in mid-2021 and stepped into the role of Chief Executive Officer in February 2022.

Co-founder of Health In Motion Network, and the CEO of its parent company OCN ConnectedCare™ when the network announced its 2019 partnerships. Transitioned to Executive Chairman of the board in February 2022 and retains a role in the company’s oversight.

You know what you are doing is impacting lives for the better — even if it is one patient at a time, and one store at a time.
Do not come to me with a problem, come to me with a solution. This didn’t mean figure it out for yourself. It meant take the time to think through the problem, look at it from a different perspective, ask questions, come up with a plan — and then work together to resolve.
